Derrick Simmons gets five stars and two thumbs up on this hilarious follow up to his first comedy "Jump Offs" - "Women Do It Better". All of your favorite guy players are back in this film, still trying to get one over on their female counter parts. Derrick not only returns as "Malik", but also takes on the remarkable task of playing three additional character roles, of which my own personal favorite is "Oops". Oops is a somewhat unattractive guy you might expect to be a bit awkward with the ladies, but instead; he will reassure you he has earned and is very deserving of his "player" stripes. Cold gettin' dumb...
I would advise anyone looking at the reviews of this movie to tread with caution. There are some truly surprising gems out there in the land of B and C and D movies. Then there are the underachieving antithesis for even those subgrade made for DVD/web. I was expecting to see a movie along the same line as 'How to be a Player' from the women's perspective or '2 Can Play'. However, what I found in this was truly debauchery but without any sense of direction. It wasn't too ghetto...(haha..you betta check yourself, respect yourself, you betta go for self, because I flow for self). No but really...BAPS was ghetto but held its own in a good way! Super fast delivery & the DVD arrived in the condition stated. It plays well although I didn't care too much for the movie (low budget).
